Near the Gotham Fair, Joker attempts to defeat the duo with pies, missiles, and dodgems but it doesn't work and the police arrive to take Joker to Arkham Asylum. The Joker is beaten but he escapeīatman and Robin then chase him in Robin's Helicopter but Batman calls help and signals the Batwing. All of the villains except Harley escape but she is took down along with all the other villains.that is except The Penguin who is crushed by the Batboat. After changing into is Batman costume and eventually finding Robin they crash through the area in the Batboat. The award goes to Bruce but then five villains ( The Joker, The Penguin, Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Two-Face) begin terrorizing the guests.
Gotham's playboy and philantrophist, Bruce Wayne is nominated for the Man of the Year award along with Metropolis' presidential candidate, Lex Luthor.
PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows demos were released in the following week. A playable demo for Xbox 360 was released along with the game's release on June 19th, 2012.
During GDC 2012, an eyes-only demo of the game was shown. In March 2012, an official trailer was released for the game, and it was revealed that it would be titled LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. Sometime in 2011, a promo of the game containing Superman was reportedly leaked.
